Job description:


In this position, you will focus on general HR administrative tasks and provide support to the other members of the HR team for operational needs.

As a collaborative team player, you will also act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and provide services to employees and management in a process-driven manner with the highest levels of integrity and accuracy.


Main responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, contract amendments, work certificates, correspondance and general administration in F/G/E
  • Maintain update personnel files (electronic and paper) with accuracy
  • Handle new hire administration tasks like onboarding preparation and welcome package
  • Assist in international new hire integration: work permits, temporary housing
  • Time Management : ensure control of holidays, reports and statistics, control & registration of the data, followup of medical certificates
  • Provide support to the HR Team colleagues for adhoc tasks

Profile:


  • Commercial diploma and further education in HR (HR certificate)
  • At least 1 year experience as an HR Assistant in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office, time management system

Professional requirements:

You are a methodical and energetic person with the willingness to learn in the HR field. You are proactive, organised and detail oriented. Furthermore, you are empathic and you are a good listener.


Languages:

In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English, German and/or French. Every other language, such as Italian, is a plus.
