    We are seeking a passionate and experienced chef to join our team at the Schiff Hotel. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for elevating Italian tradition by merging it with quality local products to offer authentic, refined cuisine.

    About the Role

    • Confirmed expertise in traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine.
    • Able to combine Italian culinary art with local products.

    The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing large services, including banquets, weddings and ceremonies, seminars and à la carte service. Excellent team management skills are also essential.
