Flex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal & Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. We are currently looking for a hands-on Legal Counsel to support the Global HR Legal function and sanctions-related matters in a highly operational fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on employment law support for headquarters and global entities
- Advise on operational HR legal matters including disciplinary cases investigations terminations and terminations
- Support HR inspections audits authority requests and workforce-related regulatory matters
- Assess manage legal risks related to sanctions export controls and sensitive jurisdictions.
