Position Summary


As a "Digital KAM", you will be part of the Key Account Management Team and will support the Commercial team in the delivering online (80%) and offline (20%) projects following the strategies and actions in place.

In particular, the internship will give the possibility to follow, learn and develop the Customer Experience area.

A Day in the Life of a Digital KAM Intern

  • Assist in the planning and execution of commercial initiatives on Retailers platforms online and offline.
  • Participate to the launch of new products and followup the development of these products in eRetail channel.
  • Support the Key Account Team with reporting, data analysis & financial tasks.
  • Ensure brand consistency on Nespresso Brand Pages.
  • Create online and offline assets in collaboration with marketing teams and creative agency (banners, newsletters, landing pages, flyers).
  • Assist in management of eContent DAM library (Digishare) and eContent analysis tool.
  • Manage translations and proofreading requests for all eRetail assets.
  • Participate in the creation of seasonal recaps and reports by clients.
  • Benchmarking and competitors 'analysis.

What will make you successful?

  • You completed / are completing a master's degree in management, Digital, Business, or similar (HEG, HEC,).
  • You are Fluent in French and German (both spoken and written).
  • Team player, energetic, good empathy, and strong communication skills.
  • Attention for detail and structured.
  • Strong interest in the Digital & Ecommerce world, any previous experiences/projects related to the listed fields will be considered as a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Good command of office software, in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
