Responsibilities
- You will lead a newly formed team of 3 direct reports embedded within a wider ICT Planning & Governance unit of 20-25 people
- The position combines operational leadership with governance expertise and strong stakeholder management
- They re looking for someone With proven Team Lead experience Strong background in ICT governance and standards COBIT Experience Solid understanding of PPM / PMO environments Experience as Requirements Engineer or close collaboration with business stakeholders Hands on outgoing can do mindset Fluent / native level German essential English fluent
