We are looking for

a HRBP M/W for one of our clients in Geneva, an international company with a 100% English speaking team. This position offers a flexible work/life balance and a 60% work/life ratio, either in the office or in home office.

Tasks:

HR Responsible (local HRBP) for assigned lines of businesses (LOB) for completing the HR lifecycle
Advise employees and managers on HR processes and tools
Close collaboration with Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, HR Ops team, HR SSC, L&D, EMEA HRBPs, Payroll, external insurance broker, Finance etc. in English (oral and in writing)
Contact to local authorities in Geneva for HRrelated tasks and paperwork in French

Qualifications:

Native speaker in English and good skills in French (company language)
High affinity to IT tools, MS Office and digital processes and tools
Experienced in working in an international environment within a matrix organization
In minimum basic knowledge about Swiss HR work and related topics (social security, insurances, payroll, work permits)
Advanced knowledge in Swiss labor law is of advantage
Constant learning attitude, open to change, able to prioritize
