YOUR ROLE

As an integral part of our young and dynamic team, your main
role will be to build a client database, through prospection and
incoming requests, and accompany them throughout their group
charter booking process, from a reservation inquiry up to the
flight itself. This includes several contacts with the clients,
sourcing aircraft and negotiations with our providers, arranging
requests for the flight and keeping the client updated on every
aspect. You will also plan and organize all procedures at the
terminal's desks, meet and greet the passengers and sometimes
be required to fly with the group on certain mission.

PLACE OF WORK

You will work with our team either in Lausanne, London,
Paris or Zurich but might be required to travel for aviation
events and/or group charter flights you helped organize.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

18 months of experience in the group charter industry
(broker, operator/airline sales, etc.)
C2/C1 level English both written and spoken
