COTY is seeking a talented, highly motivated intern to work with COTY's Retail Excellence team within the Global Travel Retail team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Travel Retail Excellence Trainee, you are responsible to work on assessing the educational side of the Travel Retail teams in Coty worldwide.

Your main focus:

Retail and Education Conduct an assessment on Retail and Education best practises and requests of improvement for the Travel Retail Division.

Support the Retail and Education Director in his / her diagnosis. Draft a Beauty Advisor database and recommend KPIS to follow the Beauty Advisor's productivity.

In store Apps Participate actively to the development and implementation of a retailing platform and app. Support the project of our different bases merging.

Merchandising / Business Development Support Work on developing an Excel table to formalize the following merchandising projects progress during Regional Business Development monthly meetings

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to deep dive into learning and education environment.

As the Travel Retail Excellence Trainee, you enjoy learning and also business and sales, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.

Other than that, you:
Degree in a relevant field of Business, Marketing, E-commerce and/or IT (preferred). Previous experience in Project management a plus. Ability to analyze data and provide logical conclusions. Excel usage skills and pivotal table knowledge is mandatory Demonstrated high interest for Luxury industry. Fluent English, other language skills a plus. Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive approach. Good communication and presentation skills. Flexible, able to adapt to changes. Team player. Curious and eager to learn.
