    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Aman currently embraces 35 hotels, resorts, and residence developments in 20 countries, 15 of which are located close to or within Unesco-protected sites. True to the brand's pioneering spirit, a further ten projects have been announced to date as part of a robust future pipeline.

    Janu, a visionary new brand encompassing hotels, residences, and lifestyle experiences, derives its strength and direction from the legacy of its pioneering elder sister, Aman. Janu offers exceptional design and service, characterized with a pace and energy that distinguishes it from the peaceful ambiance of Aman. With a distinct and captivating approach to hospitality, Janu provides an immersive experience that masterfully blends luxury with soulful exploration.

    Management Development Program:

    Our 18-month custom and immersive program is designed to cultivate the future leaders of Aman Group.

    The program journey begins with a 1-month period of immersion across all areas such as operations, finance, HR, and sales. You will gain an insight into the various aspects of the business, gaining an overview of what it takes to effectively manage an ultra-luxury property. You will choose a specific division to specialize in, either Rooms or Food & Beverage, progressively assuming increased responsibilities, refining your expertise and accelerating your growth. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on exciting projects and fine tune your business acumen.

We are on the lookout for exceptional individuals who are eager to make their mark and be part of an exciting journey with our rapidly expanding brand.

    Program Location:

    The 2024 intake have the opportunity to join one of the following locations to undertake their 18-month program: *

  • Amanpulo, Philippines
  • Aman New York, USA
  • Amanfayun, China
  • Amanyara, Turks & Caicos
  • Aman Tokyo, Japan
  • Amanpuri, Thailand
  • Aman Nai Lert, Thailand

    • The start dates are flexible to accommodate the candidate/the Property but likely to be starting in September 2024. *Some countries have visa restrictions in place, candidates must have right to work in the country

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are seeking talented individuals who share our passion for luxury and have a desire to make a positive impact on both the guest experience and the communities in which we operate. We are on the lookout for exceptional individuals who are eager to make their mark and be part of an exciting journey with our rapidly expanding brand.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    We are looking for recent graduates (or about to graduate) who meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree preferably in hospitality.
  • Possess at least 1 year prior work or internship experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Eligibility to work in the destination.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.

    • Successful applicants will also possess the following qualities:

  • A genuine passion for luxury and a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Open-minded and adaptable to unique destination locations as some properties are in remote areas.
  • Curious, agile, and eager to learn about all aspects of the hospitality industry.
  • Operationally focused, with a desire to assume responsibility and pursue an international career.
  • Bring a positive outlook on challenging situations and have a sense of fun.
