You will be the owner of one or several product line(s), driving product and ensuring market success. Acting as a key link between engineering, sales, and customers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining ETEL s leadership in the high-precision motion control addition you will:Define and execute product in line with ETEL s business objectivesLead cross-functional teams X product lifecycle: development, launch, continuous improvement and potentially obsolescenceConduct market analysis and customer insights to identify growth opportunitiesDevelop and maintain product roadmaps and technical requirement documentsEnsure product feasibility and market fit through close with R&D and vertical salesEnsures resources prepares consistent and budget requests, commits and delivers announced ROIs. Own product quality and drive continuous improvement plan and key product and market activities: lifecycle transitions, marketing campaigns, business development efforts, visibility etc.Prepare and support product launches, including internal training and promotional as primary contact for regarding all topicsEnsure market and product needs are well understood across departmentsProtect product market shares and profitability throughout the lifecycle phasesLeverage business models to maximize product and business development successUse deep market, product, and process knowledge to business performanceYour ProfileMaster s degree in engineering or scientific field with 10 years in industrial and technical B2B environment5 years as a Product Manager or 10 years as a Technical Sales Engineer.Background in high-tech industries such as semiconductors, photonics, robotics, machine tools, medical, or similarSkilled in Product Lifecycle Management, project and risk management, and business model developmentStrong skills tailored to diverse audiences, leadership, and skillsProfessional level spoken English required.
