    Who you are:

    You are passionate about structuring investment products across all asset classes. You possess an open and collaborative leadership style, are able to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven, client-focused environment, and are not afraid to manage all aspects of a project. You navigate change in an adaptive, innovative, and flexible manner while offering business-minded solutions to achieve company goals.

    Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Structure investment products: Includes creating termsheets, reviewing product documentation, and ensuring the correct hedging of the structure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and service providers: Ensure timely execution of the product and underlying investments.
  • Liaison with investment solutions team: Provide insights on structured products and assist in effective client presentations.
  • Develop a knowledge database: Catalogue use cases and securitization solutions for various underlying assets.
  • Review and enhance processes: Focus on efficiency, optimization, and automation of securitization procedures.

    • What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in asset management, banking, private equity, and securitization.
  • Educational background in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in deals structuring and execution across different asset classes, such as private equity, private debt, alternative investment, etc.
  • Work well under pressure, multitask, maintain accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for an efficient structuring process.
  • Ability to work autonomously and integrate well into a multicultural working environment.
  • Professional, proactive, and practical approach to addressing challenges.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in German or French is preferred but not mandatory.
