Responsibilities - Ensure the management of mortgage loan advisors within the branch. - Create and develop your own portfolio of mortgage loans. - Analyze financing requests and assess associated risks. - Ensure the compliance of requests and adherence to risk policies. - Validate complex files and support the team in challenging cases. - Monitor performance and implement corrective actions. - Optimize internal processes related to the granting and monitoring of loans while ensuring fluid communication with risk management and the back office. - Participate in the continuous improvement of tools and procedures. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field. - Confirmed experience in the field of mortgage loans. - Excellent financial analysis and risk management skills. - Ability to establish trusting relationships with clients. - Knowledge of the real estate market and local specifics. - Leadership skills and capacity for teamwork with a spirit of mutual support and responsibility. - Advisor certification for individual clientele awarded by SAQ or ability to complete this curriculum.
