- Collaborating with internal teams (i.e., Product Management, Product Engineering and Sales) to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction, while identifying opportunities for optimization
- Student in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent area of studies
- Ideally, some industry experience or interest in product management
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High sense of responsibility and commitment
