Job Description:
General tasks
- CAP/CaasP plus optional Rancher
- Support Availability = office hours (5×11) 07:00 18:00, rest is covered by ticket service
- Monitoring: Grafana for logging and tracing
- Classic support of customer inquiries/complaints
- Open tickets
- Managed the endtoend ticket process
- Informs the customer at regular intervals about the current status
Requirements (Experience in):
- SUSE CaaS (K8s)
- Cluster Administration
- K8s API (Python, Go)
- Networking / Ingress-Controller / Controller general
- Troubleshooting
- SUSE CAP (Cloud Foundry)
- CF Administration
- CF API (Python, Go)
- Routing, Networking
- CF Monitoring
- Troubleshooting
- UAA (OAUTH2) (User Authentication and Authorization)
- Helm Chart Development, Lifecycle, Tips & Tricks, Pitfalls
- Option: SUSE Rancher, Kubernetes
