Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

  • Leads the design of the new SHL Careers site to further reinforce the strong commitment to DE&I, Sustainability and CSR
  • Develop a university strategy and intern program in close collaboration with the regional TA teams that can then be implemented across SHL's different locations with target schools
  • Market mapping of businesscritical skills across multiple locations to support the development of regional and local TA strategies
  • Establish a global preferred supplier list and define a common approach with external recruitment partners and executive search firms
  • Designs and implements a robust global Talent and Succession Planning framework that is rigorously applied in a standardised and consistent way through the organisation across all locations, functions and levels. Equips the HR Business Partners and business leaders to facilitate talent and development discussions that recognise and leverage team member strengths and encourage the ongoing development of team members
  • Defines clear and robust criteria around team member promotability and readiness to take a next step
  • Works in close collaboration with the Global C&B team to ensure close alignment between performance and Reward that is reflected across our people processes and also with L&D to ensure any learning needs are accurately translated into development opportunities
  • Builds a Talent Community across the different SHL locations to enhance internal capabilities and exchange of best practices

Skills and Qualification

  • A strong passion and proven experience in the fields of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management that go beyond a generalist practitioner
  • Experience of designing and implementing Technology Platforms to drive Talent processes
  • At least 10 years of working experience in a relevant field ideally with multilocation and country experience, matrixed setups and preferably with experience covering Asia
  • Attention to detail, and ability to work independently in flexible, fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to build trust with the business and HR and drive engagement in others in a culturally diverse, changing environment, willingness to go the 'extra mile'
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
