Pangea DP/IBP functional leader - 12 months contract

Full-time

The Pangea DP/IBP functional leader

  • Drives the design and development and deployment of use cases in Demand Management and IBP
  • Facilitates discussions with users in the business and the DP Community of Practice
  • Serve as change agent, leads change management effort and deployment in the region

Specific areas of responsibility can include:

IBP Demand construction and collaboration:


  • Define and deploy demand construction and collaboration
  • Validate system configuration in every sprint and provide feedback to project team when system is to deliver what is expecting
  • Lead and execute BST + UAT
  • Serve as change agent and deliver training to end user

Short term Demand:


  • Defines and deploys differentiated demand management for short term horizon with demand sensing capability
  • Works with regional stakeholders to drive detail process confirmation
  • Validates system configuration in every sprint and provide feedback to project team when system is to deliver what is expecting
  • Leads and executes BST + UAT
  • Serves as change agent and deliver training to end user

Distributor replenishment model:


  • Defines and deploys a distributor planning template fully supporting supply, demand management and IBP processes
  • Works with regional stakeholders to drive detail process confirmation
  • Validates system configuration in every sprint and provide feedback to project team when system is to deliver what is expecting
  • Leads and execute BST + UAT
  • Serves as change agent and deliver training to end user

Qualifications:


Required skills

  • 58 years of experience in planning roles with progressive exposure and responsibility
  • Domain Specialist, problem solver oriented to providing solutions, self starter.
  • Knowledge of current EMEA business, priorities and pain points
  • Clear understanding of how Data elements connect/ support current planning processes in EMEA
  • Able to move from local to regional to global mindset in support of process harmonization
  • Resultsorientated, creative, practical, analytical, attention to detail, selfmotivated, and a teamplayer
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred:


  • Understands IT platforms and infrastructures related to advanced analytics and data science.
