Your role is about offering every customer a unique experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Achieve individual and team sales & customer targets and KPIs
Transform each client experience into magical moments by creating a handcrafted experience that makes the client feel confident and energized
Develop local and international personal client base

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Passionat in delivering an exceptional retail

- and client service

Proud of the strong experience at this level gained in a luxury or premium fashion environment
Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
Team player with a proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills in English and French
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
