The HR Business Partner Corporate is mainly responsible to act as a sparring partner to the Corporate team and support them in all HR matters.

She is in charge to support her stakeholders in planning, recruiting, hiring, retaining and off-boarding employees.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as a HRBP and support her clients in all HR matters
  • Support the VP HR in the development and implementation of the HR Strategy across the group aligned with the business objectives
  • Build up strong working relationships with key stakeholders (Corporate team, Leadership team, HR Managers) of the different site (India, China, UK, France, Netherlands, and Switzerland) to ensure that HR activities are running efficiently and proactively handled
  • Execution of our talent management strategy
  • Responsible for organisational development plans for her perimeter of responsibility (reorganisation)
  • Recruitment of gobal positions
  • Lead the merit increase & bonus process for the group in collaboration with the HR Sites
  • Lead the budgeting process at global scale

Your profile

Education

  • Professional certificate in HR

Professional experience

  • Extensive relevant experience as HR BP
  • Experience working within an international company
  • Experience in pharma or chemical industry is a plus
  • Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus

Personal skills

  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Proactive and initiative taker

  • Coordination and organization of working together with Global HR Community
