Your team:

Pictet Asset Management (Pictet AM) manages the assets of some of the world's largest institutions, financial intermediaries and their clients. Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres around investment excellence, a long-term perspective and dedication to client servicing.- We are seeking to recruit a Client Portfolio Manager for our Thematic Equities team in Geneva. Our team has grown rapidly in recent years in terms of AuM, number of strategies and clients. To sustain such growth, we are looking for an individual with thematic knowledge and equity market expertise to communicate our passion for thematic investing to our global client base.

Your role:

Representing the investment team and articulating thematic equities' value proposition in front of clients globally
Representing clients, actively contributing to, and playing a challenger role at investment meetings
Helping develop thematic solutions proposals (discussion, codesign, RFP, presentation)
Providing regular updates to existing thematic solutions clients
Working with multiple teams within the organization to respond to client requests accurately and in a timely manner
Producing thematic content on a regular basis
Helping continuously improve ESG integration, engagement & impact within Thematic Solutions
Communicating with the media, writing & publishing thoughtleadership pieces
Acting as a link between the investment team and the organisation (Sales, Marketing, RFP, PWM,)
Keeping track of the competition's offering and perform comparative analyses

Your profile:

Expertise and passion for the equity market (> 7 years as Analyst/PM/CPM), w/ CFA or equivalent
Graduate degreelevel education (some experience/degree exEconomics/Finance a plus)
Impeccable written/spoken English & public speaking (native or equivalent), fluent in another two languages
Affinity to develop and update impactful presentation decks (flow, content and design)
Keen interest in thematic topics (Biotech, CleanEnergy, Digital, Health, Human, Nutrition, PremiumBrands, Robotics, Security, SmartCity, Timber, Water) and associated sustainability matters
Excellent interpersonal skills (able to 'read' clients and connect)
Highly entrepreneurial, proactive and selfmotivated
Able to multitask and work at the last minute under pressure while keeping an eye for detail & critical thinking
Affinity to IT tools a plus (Excel, Tableau, Python,)
Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate, as well as to travel globally
