Job summary
We are looking for a Scientist Quality Control to join our team in Drug Product services. You will contribute to set up a new QC lab and support the implementation, validation and transfer of various physico-chemical methods.We require solid work experience in the cGMP controlled environment with experience with iCIEF CE-SDS as well as basic phys/chem techniques such as PH UV-VIS osmolality HPLC. Also required is knowledge of lab quality systems like LIMS Tiamo or CDS like Empower/Chromeleon. Fluency in written and spoken English German is an asset. Ability to work independently and in a dynamic fast-pacing project environment Proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the release of life saving medicines by executing reviewing physico-chemical biochemical Drug Product release stability testing under cGMP according to existing method SOPs e.g compendial testing/content/identity/purity for biologics/large molecules – methods used: HPLC icIEF UVVIS Elisa CESDS etc- Responsible to document assay execution under cGMP following Good Documentation Practices GDP flag relevant observations supervisor further assessment
- Accountable execution operational tasks lab mobile phase preparations calibration equipment adherence maintenance consumable management support equipment maintenance.
