Si la mission de créer un environnement stimulant avec une culture de la communication ouverte, de la technique, comme l'organisation sont tes forces aux quotidiens, la compréhension des besoins clients et pouvoir les accompagner, tout en assurant la qualité du service font partie de tes challenges, alors n'attend plus à nous rejoindre en tant que Team Leader Workplace.

En plus tu assureras :

la gestion et la planification d'une équipe de 8 personnes
le conseil et le soutien d'une équipe dynamique, motivée qui ne demande qu'à te suivre au quotidien
la présentation de rapports mensuels à nos clients

Ton profil

Tu es en possession d'un CFC en informatique ou formation équivalente
Tu as de très bonnes connaissances techniques en informatique, afin de pouvoir soutenir l'équipe et être un référent pour eux
Nous appécierons ton organisation au sein de l'équipe où tu auras de l'autonomie pour prendre des décisions et ajuster les besoins au niveau du planning
Tu es une personne motivée, à l'aise avec un client et dans un environnement multiculturel
Le français et l'anglais sont d'un très bon niveau
Avoir le permis de conduire, afin de te déplacer auprès de nos clients et sur nos sites en Suisse romande
