- Dein Team von sechs Fachkräften im Bereich Fertigungstechnik Generatoren leiten und unterstützen
- Die Verantwortung für den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Hochspannungsgeneratoren übernehmen, einschliesslich ihrer Entwicklung, Produktion und Anpassung an neue Anforderungen
- Dich um die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Fertigungsprozesse kümmern, um höchste Qualität und Effizienz sicherzustellen
- Als Ansprechpartner für das Bauteilemanagement und die Lösungsfindung bei Problemen mit Komponenten und Lieferungen agieren
- Eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Elektroniker, Automatiker oder vergleichbar und darauf aufbauend ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium zum Elektroingenieur oder vergleichbarer technischen Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld, inklusive der Leitung von Projekten
- Freude daran, ein Team zu führen und zu motivieren, sowie die Fähigkeit, andere zu begeistern
- Eine transparente und offene Kommunikationsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, um effektiv in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Arbeite an innovativen Lösungen für globale Herausforderungen
