If you're a Logger & Gateway Specialist with a passion for troubleshooting, and an affinity for technical topics - this could be the role for you:

Here's what you'll do:

• Responsible for operational tasks related to Loggers and Gateways, including procurement, implementation, maintenance & life cycles of hardware, as well as working in projects and coordinating their hardware rollouts
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Acceptance testing for new hardware/app developments and releasing firmware-updates
• 2nd-level support regarding customer inquiries, troubleshooting and training of the 1st-level support team
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and products
• Monitor data quality on our different platforms and track KPIs

Requirements

This is what you'll need:

• Commercial apprenticeship (e.g. technical KV with E or M profile)
• Several years work experience
• Strong command of German and English (written and spoken)
• Basic understanding of technical/scientific contexts
• Very high IT affinity and extensive experience with MS Office applications
• Experience in dealing with SOPs is advantageous
• Ability to travel for business (10%)
