    We are seeking a highly skilled Ansible Expert with RHCA (Red Hat Certified Architect) certification to lead a 15-day intensive Ansible-Navigate workshop. As the facilitator of this workshop, you will play a pivotal role in guiding participants through the intricacies of Ansible, ensuring they gain a comprehensive understanding of its features, functionalities, and practical applications.

    Tasks


    1. Workshop Facilitation: Lead and facilitate a 15-day workshop on Ansible-Navigate, covering topics ranging from basic concepts to advanced automation strategies.
    2. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the training team to refine and tailor the workshop curriculum to meet the specific needs and skill levels of the participants.
    3. Hands-on Demonstrations: Provide engaging and informative hands-on demonstrations to illustrate key Ansible concepts and techniques.
    4. Q&A Sessions: Conduct interactive Q&A sessions to address participant queries, clarify concepts, and provide additional insights.
    5. Troubleshooting Guidance: Offer guidance and support to participants in troubleshooting common issues and challenges encountered during Ansible implementation.
    6. Best Practices Sharing: Share best practices, tips, and tricks for optimizing Ansible workflows and maximizing efficiency.

    Requirements


    1. Expertise in Ansible: In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Ansible automation tool, including playbook development, inventory management, role-based access control, and integration with other tools.
    2. RHCA Certification: Valid Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification demonstrating mastery of Red Hat technologies, including Ansible.
    3. Training Experience: Prior experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or educational programs, preferably in the field of DevOps or IT automation.
    4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
    5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and assist participants in resolving challenges.
