    Aritec New Materials Group AG is a Swiss company that offers our technologies and a range of the following products, with a focus on synthetic fibres, to large and mid-size global companies. We are currently expanding our sales and consulting division for synthetic fibre reinforcements and ropes used in various industries, including the

    Crane rope industry

    Tasks

    • Establishing long-term customer relationships with a focus on "Value Selling Proposal"
    • Acquisition, support and consulting of potential and existing customers
    • Elaboration and promotion of our proposals
    • Provide ongoing and proactive support to customers in collaboration with customers and help with planning of installations
    • Assist with legal discussions and pricing agreements for management approval
    • Establish and regularly review annual sales goals and long-term forecasts
    • Represent Aritec in industrial fairs. Elaborate Sales Strategy and Sales Reporting
    • Frequent business travel within Europe

    Requirements

    • You have a technical or commercial degree
    • You have 5 years of professional experience in the crane industry
    • You have a solid technical understanding of elevator traction means or crane ropes and their installation
    • You are an open, outgoing and proactive personality and can work under pressure
    • You are results and goal oriented and have a structured way of working and a networked way of thinking
    • You have a high degree of self-motivation, independently and you are customer-oriented
    • You have a strong will to succeed and a high level of commitment
    • You integrate well into a team
    • You can work efficiently and independently
    • Language skills: English professional level, in written and spoken, German fluent preferred, other language is a plus
