    As part of the Credit and Dealer Financing team, you will:
    ● Be responsible for the collection of receivables and maintain the amount of past due receivables
    and doubtful accounts at a minimum
    ● Ensure compliance of Credit & Collection policy and the Authority and Limits finance policy
    ● Maintain receivables by ensuring old invoices and credits are regularly applied/cleaned up
    ● Manage the relationship with our financing partner and manage the Service Level Agreement
    ● Identify, address and communicate financial risk and opportunities
    ● Ensure proper funding and financing of receivables
    ● Ensure prompt renewal and increases of credit limits by providing account performance
    insights/analysis
    ● Be actively involved in any business development with a mindset of continuous improvement
    ● Ensure coordination and customer service with Sales team, Network Development, Finance,
    Management and other internal and external partners
    ● Support the Credit Manager for month-end closing activities or on special projects when required


    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    ● Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
    ● Background experience of 5 years in Credit & Collection within an international environment
    ● Computer literate with excellent command of MS Office
    ● Fluent in English & Spanish (French would be a plus)
    ● Able to meet tight deadlines and cope with changes
    ● Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining focus on deliverables, attention to detail and
    accuracy
    ● Able to work autonomously with little direction
    ● An enquiring mind, supportive of continuous process improvement
    ● Team-oriented, and customer-driven (service-minded) outlook
    ● Career focused and keen to develop within the organization
