Your role
In this important hub function, you will be responsible for preparing quotations for complicated machinery and equipment.

As a link between sales, supply chain as well as engineering, you will skillfully coordinate the various tasks and deadlines of the respective team members.

Working in a team with Business Development, you will be responsible for the E‐2-E proposal process from initialization of an opportunity to handover to the executing agency.

They are the driving force in the supply process and develop the best possible framework so that all relevant data is available efficiently and sustainably.

Your wide-ranging responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Technical contact person for the customer during the offer phase
  • Drive the proposal process as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Analyze and synthesize customer specific needs, requirements and data as the basis of the proposal strategy.
  • Developing make or buy decisions
  • Structuring, analyzing, evaluating supplier offers
  • Creation of structured offers, calculations, management reports and other documents

Your profile


For this role we are looking for an empathic personality with several years of experience in a technical environment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

You are welcome to already bring skills in the context of proposal, supply chain and/or technical project management.

You are characterized by analytical and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to consciously weigh up opportunities and risks and to demonstrate them transparently.

You are familiar with terms like (CRM, Agile, ERP) and like to learn new things. You find it easy to approach people, understand their needs and develop solutions.
