    Qualifications

    Eligibility criteria:

  • You hold Ukrainian nationality;
  • You have recently graduated from a vocational school or university (for vocational school accepted diplomas, please visit: - (more details on the eligibility criteria) ;
  • Or you're currently studying for a Bachelor or Master degree (more details on the eligibility criteria) ;
  • Or you're currently enrolled on a PhD programme.

    • Additional Information

    CERN will provide you with:

  • A contract of association as a student or an employment contract as a graduate for 12 months.
  • An allowance of 3'452 Swiss Francs per month (net of tax) as a technical student and 3'868 Swiss Francs per month (net of tax) as a doctoral student. A stipend level between Swiss Francs per month (net of tax) as a graduate. Depending on your personal circumstances, additional benefits such as travel reimbursement could be added.
  • Coverage for you, your spouse and children by CERN's comprehensive Health Insurance scheme.
  • 2.5 days of paid leave per month.
