- Leading and mentoring professionals by providing guidance, training and expertise in software test automation, testing concepts and processes
- Expand a team of test automation engineers in an international environment
- Selecting and introducing technologies to enhance the efficiency of our test automation infrastructure to provide quick feedback about the quality of a wide range of embedded software written in C++, C# and Python
- Technical leadership and strategic guidance on test automation related matters to scrum teams and software architects to ensure that software designs are testable and aligned with quality objectives
- Working closely with development teams and product management to facilitate fast resolution of complex defects and root cause analysis
- Playing a key role in shaping the testing approach, ensuring optimal and continuous test coverage
- Working on challenges that come with test automation of embedded software, allowing you to continuously learn and grow in software engineering and leading
- Gaining comprehensive insights across software development and product management departments
- Working with cutting-edge technologies such as TeamCity, GitHub, Artifactory, Jira and Xray, SonarQube
- Flexible time management and a healthy work-life balance
- More than five years of practical experience as a test automation engineer or software engineer in test, with a passion to offer technical leadership and strategic guidance in testing to software development, DevOps and test automation teams
- Expert in test automation (system-, GUI-, integration tests) and testing embedded software
- Having an understanding of CI-Systems as GitHub Actions, TeamCity or Jenkins.
- Demonstrated track record of programming in Python and C# with experience in C++ being an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English with a proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively in an international and distributed work environment.
- Possessing a strong level of assertiveness, enabling confident and impactful representation of ideas and opinions
- Flexible working hours based on a 40-hour week
- Vacation entitlement: 25 days from the age of 20, 27 days from the age of 40 and 30 days from the age of 50
- Annual salary incl. 13th month salary in November and a yearly bonus (depends on a revenue of the company)
