- Writes and publishes safety communications to promote safety awareness
- Assists with group-wide safety communication concepts
- Provides safety communication services to all SWISS Technics departments
- Promotes safety management campaigns
- Cooperates with Safety & Compliance departments in SWISS Part-145 and CAMO organisations
- Supports Part-145 and CAMO Safety Management in promoting a positive safety culture
- Assists in promoting risk mitigation action and effective safety reporting
- Provides safety promotion material and adapts safety training
- Delivers technical information for continuous training and safety awareness for Technics staff
- Acts as ambassador for just culture and fosters the just culture mind-set
- Assists with job specific teaching/instruction topics
- Background in aviation, preferably in an aircraft maintenance environment (e.g. experience as a holder of an EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance License and/or a degree in a related field such as aeronautical engineering or aviation management or similar)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good IT user (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, AMOS)
- English and German, written and spoken
