Beschreibung
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our team.

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the B2B sector.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our products and services to potential clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity and revenue forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of IT industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: 100%, Part-time


Pay:
CHF60' CHF150'000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
