We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our team.As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our products and services to potential clients.Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity and revenue forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of IT industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Job Types: 100%, Part-time
Pay:
CHF60' CHF150'000.00 per year
