    What are we expecting from you?

    As a direct report of the Regional Finance Director Europe-CIS, you will coordinate local finance counterparts and ensure financial monitoring of European markets according to the Group principles and Maison's guidelines. As a real business partner, you will guarantee the reliability of the financial information communicated by the local entities to the Region as well as to the Headquarter (HQ).

    Your main responsibilities will include:

  • REPORTING & BUDGET PROCESSES
  • Monthly closings analysis for his/her scope of entities (P&L, A&P, FTE, Capex, Cash, etc.)
  • Coordination of forecasting processes (LE/BU) with local and regional Retail, Marketing/Communication, HR and Finance departments in order to cover key projects and priorities
  • Consolidation of specific transversal topics (such as A&P, Cash, Sales – to be defined) according to drivers defined by the Region/HQ during the LE/BU processes
  • Support for local finances during BU/LE processes to ensure the reliability of projections (P&L, A&P, FTE, Capex, Cash, etc.)
  • SUPPORT TO REGIONAL TEAMS
  • Store design support: budget follow up for boutique projects, in coordination with local finances and Retail Operations Manager (financial guidelines, approval matrix...)
  • Communication support : European budget & guidelines follow up, in collaboration with local teams (Finance & Marketing & Communication)
    • DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES
    • Key contact for a pool of local entities (to be defined) within the regional scope, enhancing the communication flow between local teams, region & HQ
    • In charge of ad hoc analysis and overview accuracy for transversal subjects (A&P, Sales, Capex, etc ...)
    • Support to other departments regarding accountancy system (cost centers and/or OI hierarchy, PO & vendors process, etc ...)
    • Partnership on projects business plans
