This Assurance and Internal Control Manager will lead the design implementation and continuous improvement of robust internal control environment across countries in Region Europe ensuring compliance with Robotics Assurance and Internal Control Framework regulatory requirements Key outcomes include maintaining high-quality effective control framework minimizing risks supporting operational excellence building strong collaborative relationships with internal customers driving value-added insights proactive financial risk management The Work Model For The Role Is Hybrid The preferred candidate is located in an EU Time Zone Further Lead strengthen global Internal Control & Assurance framework for ABB Robotics primary responsibility implementation continuous improvement across Region Europe including ownership annual J-SOX cycle Drive process risk control excellence designing standardizing optimizing remediating controls identifying gaps managing deficiencies ensuring compliance internal policies financial reporting requirements Partner closely Finance Controllers Business IT teams support new systems automation initiatives Segregation Duties SoD management effective control execution business processes Act subject-matter expert Internal Controls leading walkthroughs providing training guidance process owners methodology changes local group level Qualifications Degree Business Administration Finance similar CPA CIA plus years experience risk management internal controls process improvement Solid knowledge SOX J-SOX internal control frameworks Hands-on experience ERP systems preferably SAP ECC S/4HANA Effective coordination communication stakeholder skills proactive solution-oriented mindset Proven project management ability capacity work under pressure meet tight deadlines Fluent English spoken written willingness travel within region We value people different backgrounds Could this story Apply today visit read more about us learn impact solutions globe Show more Show lessStellenbeschreibung
