Our goal is to empower clinical research teams with real-time medication adherence intelligence to support earlier interventions for patients that need additional support with their dosing regimen.

Measuring medication adherence (whether patients are following the prescribed dosing regimen) in clinical trials is essential as poor adherence can lead to underestimations of drug efficacy and even drain study power to the point of failure.

AARDEX Group addresses the issue with the help of digital medication adherence packaging and devices coupled with real-time medication adherence software for researchers and user-friendly apps for patients.

What You Will Be Doing as Product Owner

Working in the QA & PO teams, you will specify the functionalities of the product, manage the product backlog and sprint iterations.

You will contribute to ensuring the tasks such as described below:

Day-to-day duties will include:

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Collect and refine business and user requirements
• Translate requirements into User Stories and Acceptance criteria
• Collect workload estimation
• Work in collaboration with the R&D team : Sprint planning, Product Backlog Refinement & Support
• Work in collaboration with the QC team for test plans and test scenarios elaboration
• Work in collaboration with the CS team : Collect and refine requirements & Support
• Coordinate with RD manager on requirements and roadmap
• Coordinate with Product Officers on requirements and roadmap
• Implement Product roadmap
• Internal communication on releases and features
• Participate to the development of test plans and scenarios with the help of QC members
• Work closely with CS.

Experience, Certifications, and Competencies Required for the Role

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a technical and international environment (bachelor's degree is an asset)
• Fluent in French
• Good written communication skills and fluent in English (B2)-
• Analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Scrum framework knowledge
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
• Proficient with MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
