At Farie, we are on a mission to make it as easy and transparent as possible to buy and sell cars online.

As a subsidiary of the Swiss car subscription pioneer Carvolution, Farie benefits from strategic and operational synergies that allow us to grow fast.

Our ambition is to build the largest online car dealer in Switzerland.

Tasks

You are responsible for the setup and improvement of our financial operations as well as our general and subsidiary ledgers.

Furthermore, you will assist in daily accounting/bookkeeping operations as well as spot opportunities to automate recurring tasks within Microsoft Dynamics.

But don't worry, we got a powerful (and more important funny) product team to execute that.

Within the next year, we will consolidate Farie within the Carvolution group as well as advance our internal control systems.

You will also:

You manage and monitor the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of Farie AG
Develop the Farie business case and budgeting together with the CEO & CFO
Work on your own projects, such as implementing new processes
Work closely with our accounts and controllers at Carvolution
Do external stakeholder management like banks, insurance and logistic companies

Requirements:

Professional certificate in finance and accounting or fiduciary / Bachelor with focus on accounting
2+ year of professional experience in accounting or a related field
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, SAP, Abacus or similar bookkeeping software
Fluent in German
Legally permitted to work in Switzerland

You'll work in the finance team alongside Michele (finance manager), Tobi (chief financial officer) and one further team member next to you (yet to come) check our Instagram, we'll see us there
We're aiming to be 4 people in the finance team by the mid of 2023 (i.e. we want to hire 2 more (finance managers)
