- Ensure continuity of care for children living with chronic conditions or multiple disabilities within their homes.
- Work closely with families, respecting their pace and needs, while providing respite through your professional presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (HES-SO) or equivalent title recognized by the Red Cross.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with chronically ill patients, an interest in complex conditions is preferred.
