Job description:


Main responsibilities will include:

  • Support execution of Global Travel Retail Strategy and achieving global objectives
  • Ensure transmission of the information between markets and HQ and coordinate the new travel retail projects and refurbishments
  • Ensure the implementation of the Travel Retail projects at market and HQ level
  • Ensure the implementation of the Visual Merchandising and marketing activities at market and HQ level
  • Coordinate between internal departments on Travel Retail issues
  • Analyze Travel Retail sales figures (sellin and sellout) and update the monthly sales forecast
  • Regularly update and review the global travel retail network, define required actions and followup with local teams
  • Account management:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for operational issues with main travel retail partners and support Head of Whole Sales and Agents on strategic account management and negotiation process
  • Present product and launch strategies and conduct regular assortment and pricing updates
  • Ensure a high stock quality and appropriate stock level
  • Prepare and coordinate customer meetings
  • Coordinate the preparation of contractual updates with legal teams

Profile:


  • Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience, ideally for a company with strong brand presence in the market
  • Understanding of all aspects of the retail & wholesale environment and experience in account/customer management
  • Sound knowledge and expertise in sales reporting, including monthly budgeting and forecasting
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common visual directives and financial reports
  • Ability to effectively present information and reports to senior audience
  • Intermediate level skills with MS Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

You are a result-oriented person, with a high level of energy and enthusiast. Your organization and flexibility enable you to work independently and to keep an overview in stressful situations. Furthermore, you are able to demonstrate good communication skills as well as being a team player.


Languages:

In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English. Any other languages such as German and French are a plus.
