HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:

You will be an integral member of the Group Talent team and will lead the Global Talent Acquisition as a center of excellence.

You will report to the Group Talent Director and collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition community across the Group, Maisons and Regions.


CORE RESPONSIBILITES:


  • You will drive global initiatives and key frameworks to ensure a best in class Talent Acquisition model to attract diverse and talented colleagues
  • You will drive the TA strategy on Group level
  • You will functionally support the global strategy for TA with Regional & Maison TA Leads
  • You will provide insights and best practice from the external market
  • You will elevate our standing as an organization with our University Partners, and find innovative ways to connect with future Talents
  • You will elevate our image as a desirable employer via Employer Branding efforts ensuring we are "top of mind" employer
  • You will maintain relationships with our global vendors and our main external partners and stay continually on top of market trends
  • You will collaborate closely with our Tech teams to ensure our systems & tools are fully optimized and increasing value for our HR user population
  • You will participate to global crossfunctional projects with Internal Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, People Experience and HR Operations teams as needed
  • You will manage a small team at Group level
  • You will ensure all our TA teams are well supported and well equipped to elevate the level of TA, EB and University Relations for their scope
  • You will support selection and will took part in recruitment for key Talent Acquisitions roles across the organization

THE PROFILE

Technical Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Businessminded, with several years of experience in global corporate companies and/or agency recruitment
  • Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing systems and tools (ATS, Boolean Researches, LinkedIn, external vendors, other sourcing/headhunting methods)
  • People management experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English
