Beschreibung

You are handling the P2P process area of the current and the future ERP solution, initiating changes, starting from business analysis, requirements engineering, conceptual work, project planning and coordinating implementation activities in collaboration with the Head of Commercial Applications.

With your hands-on approach, you will support business users end-to-end
- and take care of operational support, training, and documentation.

The role will be hired in Switzerland (Zurich area).

Your Responsibilities

Consult business users and provide 2nd level support in collaboration with the ServiceDesk, the Commercial App team and suppliers to ensure smooth system operation
Plan, manage and coordinate projects with a focus on delivery and value creation for internal customers in the P2P process area, including Supply Chain Management and Production Planning
Use a variety of techniques to understand and collect business requirements and shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions and translating conceptual user requirements into functional requirements.
Review implementation output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted; define and execute test cases.
Manage business stakeholders and external suppliers to prioritize requirements to create business value in collaboration with the team lead.
Evaluate and propose solutions considering technical options and creating user guides, policies, and other pertinent documentation.

Your Skills and Experience

Handson attitude and background in ERP administration and related technologies, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing area (background in ProcuretoPay, Supply Chain Management and Production Planning) and general understanding of Quotetocash and financial processes
Understanding of system integration, API's, EDI related to the respective process area
Experience in engaging development and business parties to achieve target outcomes

- interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders as well as peers.

Good analytical and conceptual skills and good communication skills, fluent in English speaking and writing (German is a plus)
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience) in STEM disciplines
At least 3+ years of experience in ERP systems, Business Software
Background in business analysis, requirements engineering and basic knowledge in project management

Experience with Abacus,, Jaggaer (Bravo Solutions)
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro as work and collaboration tools
Work experience in an international environment
