    TN-Switzerland: Projektleiter (m/w/d) für die Pharmaindustrie

    Wir suchen einen erfahrenden Projektleiter, der sich auf Stellen in der Industrie und Engineering spezialisiert hat. Als Experte mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Teamführung soll er unsere Kunden in der Pharmaindustrie im Raum Basel unterstützen.

    Aufgaben:

    1. Globale Verantwortung für mehrere parallellaufende kundenspezifische Isolatoren-Projekte inklusive der dazugehörigen Luftaufbereitungsanlagen von der finalen Projektvorabklärung bis zum Projektabschluss.
    2. Führen, koordinieren, motivieren und managen eines multidisziplinären Projektteams.
    3. Sicherstellung einer ausdrucksstarken Kommunikation und der allgemeinen Projektkoordination zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten intern/extern.
    4. Effiziente und wirkungsvolle Koordination der täglichen Herausforderungen auch in schwierigen und zeitkritischen Situationen.
    5. Kosten- und Terminprognosen während der gesamten Projektphasen erstellen, überwachen und gegebenenfalls Maßnahmen einleiten und kommunizieren.
    6. Vorbereitung und Führung von Kunden- und Partnermeetings sowohl intern als auch extern (weltweit).
    7. Regelmäßige Auswertung des Projektstatus und Reporting an das Management.
    8. Überwachung der Umsetzung der Anforderungen von Kunden und Behörden (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice sowie MRL - Maschinenrichtlinie).

    Qualifikationen:

    1. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement (mind. 3 - 5 Jahre).
    2. Erfahrung im Führen von Projektteams in einem internationalen Umfeld.
    3. Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office.
    4. Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld sind von Vorteil.
    5. Uni- / FH- / HF-Abschluss.
    6. Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher.
    7. Bereitschaft zur weltweiten Reisetätigkeit bis zu 10 - 20%.
