- Lead the development of valve software; coordinate the work of software engineers assigned to valve projects.
- Development of software for actuators referred to contract documents from initial concept to final production together with external and internal customers and suppliers
- Technical lead of internal and customer projects
- Work according to the development process based on automotive standards and ASPICE process
- Turn research ideas into technical plans using architecture, Helix and coding software
- Collect and analyze data from tests on prototypes
- Write and present regular progress reports for project managers and clients
- Collaborate with the global engineering team on components, fixture designs and change management related topics
- Technical documentation, project document and preparation of project reviews
- Engineering degree in electronics, mechatronics, or software engineering
- 6-8 years of experience in developing embedded systems / software
- Experience in project leading and developing high volume series in the automotive field
- Experience in applying latest engineering tools
- High level of English and German
- Excellent communication skills
