    • Collaboratively manage the Department Head's schedule, resolving conflicts and managing competing demands with the support of the Executive Assistant.
    • Proactively prepare and coordinate briefings for meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are coordinated effectively.
    • Act as a primary liaison with clients and officials, both internally and externally, facilitating smooth communication and support.
    • Undertake administrative tasks across the department, including but not limited to, handling purchase requisitions, travel requests, and coordinating department-wide meetings.
    • Provide comprehensive research support, utilizing advanced computer software to maintain and manipulate data.
    • Ensure the quality and confidentiality of documents requiring the approval/signature of the Department's Head.
    • Facilitate the flow of information, reports, and status updates, keeping relevant parties informed.
    • Support and collaborate with team members across diverse work groups, promoting a harmonious work environment.
    • Take primary responsibility for the smooth operation of office support work and related systems, organizing and coordinating workflows efficiently.
    • Demonstrate the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of executive support and administrative coordination.
    • Over five years of experience in a similar role within a culturally diverse organization.
    • Quick adaptability and a deep understanding of the requirements of senior executives and organizational dynamics.
    • Exceptional ability to build trust and confidence swiftly with a proven track record of effective team collaboration in a multi-cultural setting.
    • Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy in handling diverse situations.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a wide network of senior-level contacts both internally and externally.
    • Commitment to providing courteous interactions at all organizational levels.
    • Ability to navigate frequently changing business needs, managing multiple activities and demands effectively.
