    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

  • You are co-responsible for the conception, creation, and implementation of communication projects
  • You have a passion for great design and surprising implementations
  • Conceptualization and implementation of ideas for cross-media campaigns
  • Collaboration with the Art Director and client managers to determine suitable creative directions
  • Acquiring know-how regarding implementation possibilities (photography, direction, design, look, etc.)
  • Delivering work of the highest quality after collaborating with team members to develop new ideas
  • Qualifications

    Who we are looking for:

    In this role, you will work closely with other team members, reporting directly to the Creative Directors. Our team collaborates with the client-facing Accounts team and the Strategic team to ensure consistent client and partner satisfaction.
    We are looking for a go-getter, someone who is quick on their feet and motivated to tackle every challenge head-on. The ability to perform under pressure is key. Being part of a small agency within a large group provides a unique opportunity to handle a diverse range of tasks and challenges. This role allows you to collaborate with other talents across the globe, offering you a broad experience and exposure.

    Pre-requisites:

  • You have completed a degree in graphic or communication design, and ideally you already have experience in an agency
  • You have the ability to transform a client's brand & business objectives/problems into compelling creative designs/concepts
  • Strong technical skills: Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint
  • Video editing/Motion design/3D (After Effects/Premiere/Cinema 4D, Blender and/or others) is an advantage
  • Strong visual design skills (layout, brand identity, digital content)
  • Experience in developing compelling brand and product campaign storytelling
  • You are striving to learn and driven by curiosity
  • You are highly organized and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work within a team as well as on independent tasks
  • Thrives in an international/dynamic working environment
  • Fluent in English (French and any of the other 20 languages we speak is a plus)
