Responsabilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure for stability, scalability, and security.
- Oversee user administration tasks, including provisioning, permissions management, and access controls.
- Manage server administration tasks, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and availability, promptly addressing issues or outages.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure, including diagrams and configurations.
- Conduct regular security audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Administer printers and print servers for smooth operations.
- Provide support to endusers for IT infrastructurerelated issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Ensure seamless integration and efficient utilization of Google Workspace and Microsoft 36
- Stay updated on cloud computing and DevOps advancements, identifying opportunities for infrastructure enhancement.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a same position
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including network & server administration, user access management and IT support
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with experience implementing and maintaining security measures
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Mindset oriented towards continuous improvement, lean thinking, security and highquality work
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including their respective administration portals and collaboration tools
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps methodologies is a plus
