Enterprise Architects ensure a sustainable evolution of the business and IT landscape based on the business vision and strategy by supporting efficient and effective delivery of business objectives through fostering of strategic reuse, modularisation and cross value stream dependency management.

Relying on continuous feedback, these architects foster adaptive design, and engineering practices, and drive programs and teams to rally around a shared vision.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

Enterprise Architecture

Guide the evolution of the business and IT landscape towards the target architecture
Identify new trends on both business and IT side and support direction of investment to build up the foundations
Provide architectural guidance to identify cross regional, discipline and value stream opportunities
Support programs in faster and sustainable delivery of business value through standardization and central provisioning of common infrastructure topics
Cross roadmap delivery coordination through establishment of an architectural runway and dependency management
Understanding and communicating strategic themes, and other business drivers for architecture, to system architects and nontechnical stakeholders
Accountable for defining the guardrails across the architecture disciplines via standards and guidelines; measure the adherence to those guardrails
Ensure that programs are compliant to regulations, standards and agreed business target blueprints through managing and deciding upon exceptions; use proactive project reviews as a due diligence process where needed
Influence strategic build, modelling and design
Promote continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps capabilities collecting, generating, and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies to use across the business
Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics and participate in their analysis where applicable
Synchronize with disciplines across ARTs/programs for a continuous improvement of the guardrails

YOUR PROFILE:

Very strong analytical and methodological competences paired with good financial industry knowhow
Solution oriented mindset paired with strategic vision
Fluent English and other languages like German beneficiary
Strong personal drive with good organizational skills
Business Analysis and Design skills
Good understanding of Architectural Methodology and their adoption in a complex environment
Good communication skills
At least 5 years of experience in a architecture within the financial industry or consulting with banking focus
Supported successfully strategic programs and have a track record in business transformation
Architecture skills (e.g.

TOGAF or Zachmann)
