Your mission:


  • Looking after our customers and supporting them in the use of our product
  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer communication (firstlevel support)
  • Onboarding of our new customers on Accounto
  • Advising and supporting our customers in redesigning and structuring their processes
  • Obtaining and evaluating customer feedback regarding the further development of the product
  • Identifying unmet customer needs and developing new solutions

Your profile:


  • Experience as Relationship or

Account Manager:
in

  • Experience in the accounting field is a great advantage
  • Sense of responsibility and a very quick grasp of things
  • Strong customer orientation, recognisable by your empathy, which is a symbol of how important the concerns of our customers are to us.
  • Ability to communicate complex problems and issues in a simple and understandable way
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions such as HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage
  • Fluent in French and good English or German
