As an Associate Manager, Regulatory Affairs International (M/F/d) you will be responsible you leading and managing a group of Regulatory professionals to ensure regulatory compliance in international markets by driving implementation of selected regulatory requirements at the local, state, or federal/regulatory agency levels.

You will be also responsible for regulatory compliance.


What will you do

  • As an Associate Manager, Regulatory Affairs International (M/F/d) you will lead teams to support regulatory processes for market access of products.
  • You will manage budget, if appropriate.
  • You will lead the development of new systems and procedures.
  • You will be planning, conducting, and supervising assignments.
  • Define targets, KPIs, performance objectives, etc. for individuals within functional role, and manage direct reports to meet or exceed these target.
  • You will be actively addressing performance issues on team and maintaining a high level of team engagement.
  • You will develop talent within team to increase performance.
  • You will support product registration and audits as needed.

What will you need

  • You have completed BS in Engineering, Science, or related degree; or MS in Regulatory Science; RAC(s) is preferred.
  • You have gained a minimum of 7 years' experience in medical technology or another regulated sector in the area of quality or regulatory affairs and ideally have experience in regulatory assessment of postlaunch design, regulatory and production changes.
  • Ideally you have 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Your English language skills enable you to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders on a global basis as well in the local office. German language skills are an advantage.

Additional information
Thanks to our flexible working hours model, you will have the opportunity to work partially from the home office.

However, a regular presence on site at our location in Selzach should be always given to build sustainable relationships and maintain personal contact with colleagues as well as the departments.
