INTRODUCTION: Our client, a leading employer in the digital sphere in Lausanne, with a vibrant and dynamic culture is looking to hire, for a temporary mission of 3 months, a:Payroll Specialist - Temporary mission 3 monthsIn this role and working closely with the Payroll manager, you will be a point of contact for employees and manage the payroll of your population.ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION: Coordinate salaries payments and bank transferSupport on requests related to social insurances such as AVS, family allowances, accident insurance, sickness insurance, military insurance as well as maternity insuranceCoordinate LPP/Pension registrations and changesManage sickness and accidents loss of income indemnities, coordinating with People Team, and external insurancesSupport with Global Payroll Coordination for countries out of SwitzerlandEnsure compliance with the principles and policies of the Company and with the Swiss legislation on social insurances, family allowances, tax at source, etc.Be point of contact to facilitate payroll troubleshooting for a wide range of payroll related questions.REQUIRED PROFILE: CFC Employee de commerce or similar educationFurther education in HR/payroll a plusAt least 2 years of payroll experienceRapidly availableIf the criteria applies to you and you''re ready for a new challenge in a dynamic and fast paced environment with modern tools and working practices, then we look forward to receiving your dossier.
