Rate: Full-Time Type of contract: Permanent contract Position Summary As Marketing Manager, you will drive Nestl Health Science Swiss Market key categories growth by setting the vision on how NHSc CH will change the course in the management of health and wellness through nutrition and supplements. You will lead a large team of marketers and elaborate annual brand & business strategies through MBS and ICP in alignment with and through cross functional leadership with implied functions (Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Operations). You will work closely with sales team to ensure success of initiative in the field. A Day in the Life of a Marketing Manager Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities, developing a differentiated strategy to set the frame of all our activities, leveraging our current portfolio and inspiring our future pipelineLead, motivate and inspire team of avid marketers in both, Medical Nutrition and Consumer Care categoriesAlign closely with the HQ categories and relevant markets in order to leverage learnings, best practice and ensure a flawless strategy and key initiative implementationLaunch new product ranges Develop HCP endorsement, communication and advocacy plans together with Medical Affairs and Market AccessLead commercial planning process (ICP) on annual basis and tracks goal achievement What will make you successful At least 10 years of experience in Marketing, ideally gained in Pharma or OTC environment Experience in delivering marketing and communication activities for clinical nutrition and/or pharmaceutical productsExperience in leading cross functional teams.Strong expertise in demand generation through holistic brand building and communication activitiesFluent in German, French and English
