In this functional role the contractor will be part of this myBuy implementation project. The ambition is that anyone can use myBuy to buy the things they need, from equipment to professional services to large-scale construction projects. It comes with different modules, covering the entire buying journey (procure-to-pay), from browsing catalogues and ordering to invoicing and payment authorization. It will deliver an enhanced sourcing and buying experience to Business customers, Suppliers, IT, Finance and Procurement professionals.AufgabenbeschreibungGeneral Information: Start date: 1st April 2021Latest start date: 1st May 2021 Duration: until end of 2021Extension: option to extend (based on the performance)Work location: BSWorkload: 100%Remote/Home Office: Home Office now. The team would expect the contractor to be able to come onsite, when possible. Travelling: no Tasks & Responsibilities:Capture user requirements related to business processes within the enterprise and document effective business requirements. Together with our Business partners, drive the definition of Procurement platformContribute to project work-streams and deliverables, and sometimes taking the lead. Work closely with the business partners to ensure continuous business and IT alignment.Produce accurate functional and design specifications with the sufficient level of detail that allows the traceability with test documentation. Proactively identify, evaluate, and communicate ideas for optimising application Erforderliches ProfilA commercial Master degree Strong experience in the business domain of Procurement (Demand to Pay) Knowledge of Smart by GEP (SaaS) or experience implementing cloud-based solutions Experience in Contract Management and Requisition to Receipt (process knowledge and business terminology).7+ years of Business analysis experience Solution design and documentation experience Track record of working in large complex global projects Strong English skills in both written and spoken Personal requirements:Strong communication skills Flexible and growth mindset, proactive and can-do attitude Working time:Flexible working timesWe offer you an interesting and varied job in a company rich in tradition and managed according to modern principles.
